BCB I – superstructure
The main administrative object was realised in 1969 – 1972, gradually has been built the area on the proper estate till nowadays as the territory of Benzinol company.
The building has 9 elevated floors, after the partial modification of facade as well as renewal of plastic windows furnishing with anti-reflect foil and interior blinds, complete renewal of interior paving and tiling, new lifts, air-conditioning, data network and connecting to optical high-speed network the object is used for administrative purposes and is the residence of investor and other companies.
